How do I get the keys?

You will be sent directions to Sunshine Real Estate offices, our management company. They will provide you with keys, directions to Emerald Island and will assist you with the check-in.

Are linens provided?

Our home has linens for all bedrooms and plenty of towels.

Are there laundry facilities?

We offer a full size washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

Is there a Video Game System?

We have a PlayStation in one of the children’s rooms. In addition, the Clubhouse offers a game room that has plenty of video games. We also offer a DVD and VHS player along with plenty of Disney movies for your family’s enjoyment.

Is there maid service?

You are assured that the home and pool will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.

Are there shopping facilities nearby?

You are minutes from Publix, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart.

How are the bedrooms configured?

There are queen-sized beds in each of the two Master Suites and two twin beds in each of the middle bedrooms.
