Our Vacation Home 

As owner-operators of this luxury vacation home, we’ve strived to incorporate everything that we, as parents, needed to insure the “perfect” vacation.

With 4 bedrooms, including 2 Master Suites, our home can sleep 8 to 10 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV so that after a day at the parks, the kids have a place to unwind (and then so can you!). The 3 full baths will insure that no one will have to wait in line for a shower. The dining area features an elegant dining table with 6 chairs. Additionally, we have a breakfast nook adjacent to the spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, a large conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The laundry area features a full sized washer and dryer. We’ve included an iron and ironing board along with a vacuum, hand-held hair dryers and an alarm clock. All linens and towels are provided.

Speaking of unwinding… Enjoy the privacy and relaxation of having your very own custom-built heated pool and Jacuzzi in a screened lanai/patio just steps from the family room. After a swim, cook some burgers on our gas grill.

The family room features a sofa, love seat and entertainment center including a large screen TV, VCR and DVD player. For the kids, we’ve included a Sony PlayStation in one of the middle bedrooms and also an assortment of Disney-type kids’ movies that our children have enjoyed over the years.

Our home offers you the freedom to do what you want, when you want. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance (or a short ride). Again, our goal is to make our vacation home one that has everything a family on vacation would want at a very affordable price.

Have little ones? No problem. We’ve included a crib and high chair for your convenience. The pool also has a child safety barrier for their protection.

We have enlisted a Management Team that is based less than a mile from Emerald Island. They are on hand to insure that all of your needs are fulfilled. When you arrive, you will meet them so that they can provide you with keys and directions to our home. They will have already inspected the home so that it is ready for you when you open the front door. They will answer any questions you might have and will provide you with contact numbers in case you have additional questions or needs.
